An award winning visitor attraction, located in just 12 miles from WoodlandView Leisure, in Worcestershire in the heart of England. It is home to a variety of all-weather attractions, including four miles of drive-through safari, the largest animatronic dinosaur exhibit in the UK and two theme parks.
Since its grand opening in 1973, by the famous actress Sophia Loren, West Midland Safari Park has been home to a whole host of exotic species, such as bears, baboons and big cats. Presently around 140 different species call the Park home, including cheetah, lions, elephants, giraffe and rhino.
In 2015, the Park opened Land of the Living Dinosaurs, a £2.5million project which holds the title of the UK’s largest animatronic dinosaur attraction. The immersive walking trail features 40 life size, moving, breathing dinosaurs and new for 2016 was a ginormous 50ft spinosaurus.

The Severn Valley Railway is a privately owned Railway operating regular steam-hauled passenger trains between Kidderminster in Worcestershire and Bridgnorth in Shropshire. Around 200,000 people visit us every year.
The people who operate the Railway are unpaid volunteers, all of whom are members of the Severn Valley Railway Company.
The Severn Valley Railway is a 150 year-old steam railway, comprising earthworks, track, buildings, signalling, locomotives and rolling stock.
